Management
Restaurant Manager
Leads the whole restaurant and cafe day to day, and is responsible for the guest experience, the team and the numbers.
What you will do
- Run daily operations across the kitchen, the cafe and the dining room
- Hire, train and schedule the team
- Handle guest feedback and resolve problems on the spot
- Manage stock, suppliers, costs and cash
- Keep food safety and cleanliness standards met at all times
What we look for
- Experience managing a restaurant or cafe
- Confident leading and motivating a team
- Comfortable with ordering, rotas and basic reporting
Assistant Manager / Shift Supervisor
Runs the shift, supports the manager and steps in wherever the team needs help.
What you will do
- Open and close the restaurant

Kitchen
Head Chef
Leads the kitchen and owns the quality of every plate that leaves it.
What you will do

What we look for
- Experience running a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and Western cooking

Sous Chef
Second in command in the kitchen, running service alongside the Head Chef.
What you will do
- Run the pass and keep service moving
- Supervise and coach the cooks
- Cover the kitchen when the Head Chef is away
- Check quality, portions and presentation

- Experience as a sous chef or senior line cook
- Able to lead a team under pressure
- Good knowledge of food safety
Line Cook
Cooks dishes to order on a station during service.
What you will do
- Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurant's recipes
- Set up and stock your station before service
- Keep your station clean and organised
- Work with the team to send orders out on time

- Experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen
- Able to work quickly and accurately

Prep Cook
Prepares ingredients so the kitchen is ready for service.
What you will do

Pastry Chef / Baker
Makes the desserts, pastries and baked goods for the restaurant and the cafe.

- Manage pastry ingredients and stock

Kitchen Assistant

Cafe
Head Barista
Leads the coffee bar and sets the standard for every drink served.
What you will do
- Prepare espresso drinks and other beverages to a high standard
- Train and guide the barista team
- Look after the coffee machines and grinders
- Order coffee, milk and cafe supplies

- Solid experience as a barista
- Able to dial in espresso and steam milk well

Barista
